What are you doing in a hole in the ground? Is this the type of thing a proud plant warrior would do?

In these tough economic times sacrifices are needed!

I went to Thought Bubble in Leeds last weekend! It was the most massive trip I've ever taken to a comic convention but I am so glad I did it and that I had friends helping me get there. I brought many comics back... but not as many as I'd have thought. Which is probably good. Got a little weak in the knees for Emily Carroll and got the most amazing drawing from Boulet, for free?????? +?

Yeah so anyway the UK was good to me. Again. Thanks UK.

@StrayerComic: Yeah, it's sometimes a surprise for me too, usually not a pleasant one. : D I'm just not quite at my happiest drawing buildings, and trees are easy to improvise!

You draw very beautifully, especially the animated bits. There were moments I felt relaxing chills down my head and neck.

@Koal: Wow, thank you! I'm glad to hear one can get an enjoyable physical reaction out of reading a comic, most of all FG. Makes me all fuzzy inside. :)
