I sort of like the house even though in hindsight it could've been more complicated.

Uh-oh.

You'll do no such thing, eh? I feel a threat coming on.
dun dun dunnn

And I like the house's design, btw.
It's simple but gorgeous, which I think (see: THINK) suits Tuomi pretty well.

@Ze: You don't say? :D
Thank you, it means a lot to hear it said! Anyway, I can probably find other ways to express my love for ghost houses with towers and improbable angles later on if the need arises. :)

@sabbra: Seriously, Tuomi could ease up a little on the tsun-tsun routine and nobody would feel the worse for it. You are hurting the people closest to you! D:<

I'm in love with this comic! But I don't know from which lore they are supposed to be from. What are their names so I can search for more info??

@grifendel: Thank you, we're glad to hear you like it!

That's a good question, but there's no simple answer to it. The fairies in our story are inspired by various fairy (and trickster) myths and folk tales mostly from the British isles and Europe, but there's also quite a bit of original material to them that is not based on any existing myths (like the plant-things on their heads) or expands/modernizes said myths (e.g. plastic and other synthetic materials are harmful to them too, along with cold iron and processed metals in general).

I could go into greater detail about them, but I feel it'd be a bit of a spoiler to be too specific this early on. :)

As for the individual characters themselves, they (at least the ones we've met so far) aren't based any specific mythological characters, they're just fairies in general.

Strong page. Compositions in the 2nd panel and a slightly low camera angle at the 3rd panel work well. I love the facial expressions. But beware of the "small forehead" syndrome (3rd panel).

@alkimohap: Thank you, that's great to hear! The third one was a difficult panel, really should use references more often for the hard things I suppose. D:
